Emerging from the dark canopy of the ancient forest, I could see the early light filtering through the new leaves of Spring. I felt as though I was about to step into the primordial soup of creation, viewing the new life of a coming Spring for the first time. A season I long for during the cold dark days of January winter. The view through the viewfinder and the hope of Spring stays with me throughout the year.

Hello Dan,
Thank you for stopping by my blog. The feedjit I think always says ontop "top ____ blogs". Everytime I go to someones blog that has it it comes up "top East Haven blogs" I don't know why? but I am from East Haven CT. BTW your pictures are amazing! I love them. Nice work! Thanks again.
Karrie,
Thanks for the feedback. Now I understand! A little confusing but it does seem to give in depth stats. Welcome to the blog and stop by anytime.

Hi, Dan! You won TOMW of the Day for Sunday--I just now named the winner, and I didn't want you to miss it!
This image is just gorgeous.
WOW! Do I always so that...wow? Well, I suppose it's my compliment to every photo I see here, Dan.
This is amazing, inviting me to take those steps ahead into the warmth of this below zero weather we're living in right now.
Oh my goodness, it's seriously FFFfreeezing here in VT today (and the next few). Thanks for a hint of Spring ;o).
The picture is amazing. It keeps a mystery.
Here lies MY inspiration :)
