We all interact in this cyberworld from all corners of the globe as if we were sitting next to each other. To someone from the coast...summer may be the magnified sun as it sets through the humidity of the day...bathing the ocean in a warm orange color. To a desert dweller, summer may be late afternoon sand storm rolling through bathing all it touches in a the taupe of diffused sun. Summer in the mountains may produce that flash flood as the bloated clouds finally break loose and flow down the mountainsides. But for me, In the Midwest, this is summer. A bright, hot sun, growing the corn and casting no shadows in the midday. Humidity, warm breeze, honeysuckle and the smell of fresh cut clover hay...that is summer in the Midwest.
Tomorrow, I am posting an image from inside the small outbuilding to the right of the picture.
