I stood lost in the lives that are reflected here. There is a life story emanating from each candle that is lit. A remembrance hope longing searching....The cathedral in Old Montreal drew me inside. But the glow drew me to reflection. The solitude and stillness of the cathedral served as a refuge for so many points of light united as a sentinel blocking me from the private conversations between the pilgrim and the Giver. We all deserve a sanctuary where we can have those conversations.

Great picture, Dan.

These candles have always represented to me the sadness in people's lives, yet the hope and belief that someone can and will help them through it. Faith is an amazing thing.

Crazy Mo...
Thank you for going back in the archives! I have often wondered if folks ever go back to see past posts. I truly love your post today on PPP...you wrote a beautiful poem. That is a skill I don't have. Whenever I try to write poetry...it sounds like a recipe for bean soup!
