Same dog...before and after her trim!

Scooter never fails to entertain and amaze us. The best way I can describer her is "funny"...she has been such a comic relief for us in the Felstead household. I have had dogs all my life..literally I have never been without a dog. But by far and away...she is the best and funniest companion we have ever had.

The first picture truly shows her personality. The picture was taken last year after her frantic romps in the newly fallen snow. The latter picture was this past summer after a new "do". I think she felt a bit to big for her britches in that picture....you know...hot stuff!

My favorite side of Scooter however is without a doubt the first picture. Hilarious, loyal and such a friend.

What a face! Only Scooter could look so adorable having a bad hair day!
I love both pictures.
The first time I ever had Lucy trimmed, I didn't recognize her when I went to pick her up. LOL

I would love to cuddle Scooter! Really adorable even with all that "wild hair" :) So cute.

Awww - Scooter is adorable! I know she is a wonderful part of your family. And I know all too well how funny dogs can be - my little Toby was a hoot. I'd never had a dog with so much personality before (even though he was ROTTEN!)

Humidity does that to my hair too. Ha!
I really love that first picture! You can see the wild abandon in it. What a gift our animals are, huh?

The angle of the first shot impresses me more, but I bet scooter will lover to get those hair off her eyes.

Sunny...one time we had her trimmed and they didn't know what a Wheaten looked like so they trimmed her like a poodle! It was hilarious.

M...I am not sure if she likes a trim or not...her personality changes from ultra hyper to more mellow and laid back after a trim.

No - Toby was my little Jack Russell miscreant. I got him when he was a just a few weeks old, but he's been missing since October. He ran away from a friend of mine who went to pick him up from the kennel while I was at work. He was about two years old and my HEART. Have looked everywhere, had him on the radio, local tv stations...flyers all over town. No luck.

Oh Heather that is awful! I sure hope he shows up at your door someday real soon. It is like loosing a family member...here is hoping!

What beautiful portraits of Scooter- her personality shines right out!
Makes me miss my dog Corrie who died two or three years ago. She was a dog with a funny personality too and my boys had such fun growing up with her
ps. I prefer hairstyle number 1!

Scooter seems to be smiling right at the camera in Picture No.1. A little more refined on the other one. What a great dog.

Glen...thanks and she does have one of those faces that you just can't resist taking picutres of!
