Usually when I take a picture of a car...I am looking for something unique...either a custom look or rare model.

This particular 1955 Cadillac was not all that unique but the lines of the body style were mesmerizing. They were accented by a reflection of the striped tent overhead. Fo me it is just one of those images that I can revisit many times...not because of the car so much but for the rush of color and smooth lines.

That is so cool, the reflection looks almost like the flag. Also if you follow the tail light from left to right it reminds me of a high speed locomotive engine, and I haven't even had any caffeine!

That must be SOME paint job, right? Like liquid gold!
Beautiful shot!

That paint just shines and shines. Great photo.

Sunny...your comment was more on target than you realize! During the 50's the trend was towards streamlining everything from furniture to cars. The Diesel locomotives of the time DID have the same type of streamlining and I went back to the image and I do see the locomotive!
