Sometimes the truth is ironic

Down an isolated two lane near where I live lives a farm family that not only has a sense of humor but also has the creativity that would make a 5th avenue advertising agency envious.

What better way to let us know that the family farm still enables us to enjoy the bouties of their labors...Yes we see it and the truth in this stroke of genius is not lost on us........

Thank you.

Dan

So very clever! Made me smile. And you're right, an advertising agency would snatch this up in a heartbeat!

Ironic? Verging on iconic.

Shabbygirl...I am surprised that someone hasn't noticed them. The "canisters" have been here for a few years now.

With canisters that size, their sink is a lake, the stove is a volcano and the fridge is an iceberg.

Dan, I think there was an article about the silo's in the Courier a while back. Something to the effect that the daughter painted them home from college? I might be mistaken about that but I have passed this cool site also many times.

Found it on Google Earth! Hwy. 62 & Gaborn Rd. Posey County, Indiana. Look North from the Hwy and there she sits.

Kelly...thank for both comments! Good to hear from you again...I would imagine it is getting hot out there now! I remember going to a meeting in Scottsdale one year on May 13th and it was 110 degrees! Sheeesh!

That is a great idea about looking it up on the satellite images...I will have to give it a try. Thanks,

Dan
