Here is hoping that on this Sunday...you can carve out even the smallest amount of time for yourself and reflect on the things that are important to you...not just your family. This may sound harsh but your family will have you 98% of the day...take some time just for you...it will be well worth the journey.Have a great Sunday.

Thankyou Dan. Just the words for me even if I didn't read them until the Sunday is nearly over here. But I have been having a very quiet (very tired) weekend to myself after a rather intense family week (my brother visiting, and our dad moving temporarily into a short-stay nursing home, and some things to do in the empty house...)
