There are certain people that cross your path that fit so well into the part they play in the human drama. Dustin Hoffman as Rainman, Clint Eastwood as the lonely old man in Gran Torino, DeNiro as a mobster, Caroll O'Connor as Archie...it is as if they were destined for the part. Recently, I was at an outdoor concert and was mesmerized by the Bassman in the band. Heavily slanted towards the Blues...the Bassman put his whole heart and soul into the performance. It was as if, the Blues they were playing was his life story...he was one of those that in any other role would seem out of place.
