2:00am Lower Manhattan, December 13th, 2001. Life as the new normal is beginning to return. The neon cast its glow once again beckoning the street weary in for a nightcap. A strong coffee is accompanied by the usual update from Gianna. Shop owners are slowing returning, sweeping out the last dusty vestiges of 911. The Salvation Army bell rings even at 2:00am next door as the night comes to life again after a 3 month hiatus.
