A 4th Tradition

Like so many of you...we attended the annual fireworks display on the 4th. Towns and cities and villages all across the country celebrated a long standing tradition of capping off the day with fireworks. The tradition began on July 4th, 1777...one year after the signing of the Declaration of Independence...the Link will shed some light on the beginnings of fireworks on the 4th of July.

I hope everyone had a great July 4th extended weekend and may we have many to come!
